All major subcontractors must be identified in the proposal across categories including grading, concrete construction, electrical, mechanical, and other trades.

This is a unit price contract where the owner has provided estimated quantities that are subject to increase or decrease during construction, with final payment based on actual quantities multiplied by the bid unit prices. Bidders must acknowledge that no certain amount of work is guaranteed and that the owner reserves the right to cancel the contract or add additional work within the general scope at the bid unit prices. A bid bond or certified check is required as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The contract includes provisions that unit prices cannot be changed once bids are opened, and the owner will correct any mathematical errors in bid calculations before determining the low bid. Contractor failure to execute the agreement and bonds within ten days of award notification results in forfeiture of the bid bond or certified check as liquidated damages.
