This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, dated December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-5233, Revision 32).

The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract work in Texas counties including Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Waller. It lists wage rates across approximately 100 occupational classifications spanning administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance and repair, general services and support, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operations, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance and repair, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring and longshore, technical, and transportation occupations. Wage rates range from $10.97 per hour (Chore Aide) to $56.37 per hour (Registered Nurse IV). All occupations include fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (standard) or $5.09 per hour (Executive Order 13706 covered contracts), up to 40 hours per week. Additional requirements include two weeks paid vacation after one year, minimum eleven paid holidays annually, and a uniform allowance. Special pay provisions apply to computer employees (footnote 1), air traffic controllers and weather observers with night and Sunday pay differentials (footnote 2), and hazardous material handlers receiving 4-8 percent differentials. The determination includes a conformance process for unlisted occupational classifications submitted on Standard Form 1444.
