The project includes general construction, necessary demolition, alterations, mechanical and electrical work to replace several roofs and overhangs. Bids are requested for the base bid including all work, and three alternate deduct bids that would remove specific roof replacements and soffit work from the scope. Bidders must submit pricing for all bid items, and award will be made to the lowest priced bidder for the highest priority bid item for which funds are available. The project completion period is 290 calendar days from notice to proceed. The first 60 days are reserved for submittals, with no on-site work permitted during this period without approval.
