About this file

This document is a Delivery Schedule for a federal subsistence contract (Solicitation #15B10126Q00000005) for the Federal Prison Camp Alderson. The solicitation requires vendors to submit quotes for bread and subsistence items by 8:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on August 18, 2025, with quotes to be emailed in PDF format to Ashley Tabor at atabor@bop.gov. Quotes must remain valid for 30 calendar days and will be evaluated on price and past performance.

Key delivery requirements include: products must be delivered within 30 days of order receipt, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST, with specific temperature and packaging guidelines for different food types. Strict inspection protocols are in place, with conditional receipt allowing three days for examination. Failure to meet delivery schedules or contract specifications will negatively impact the vendor's past performance record and potentially disqualify them from future government contract opportunities. The contract is for quarterly bread and subsistence items, beginning October 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025, with delivery to the Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia.

Delivery and Acceptance Instructions:

• Upon award, the Food Service Warehouse must be contacted prior to delivery to approve or adjust the delivery schedule. Delivery schedules will be strictly enforced.

• Failure to deliver within the established timeframe will be considered non-conformance with the contract terms.

Delivery Requirements:

9. Items that do not meet specifications will be refused.

10. If the product is not accepted, in accordance with FAR 52.212-4(a), the Government may require repair, replacement, or reperformance of nonconforming supplies or services at no increase in contract price.

Past Performance Considerations:

Additionally, non-compliance may result in the quoter being found non-responsible for future requirements.
