About this file
This document contains Cherokee County's Standard Solicitation Terms and Conditions, specifically Appendices A through F, which are standard forms required for bidding on county contracts. These appendices include administrative forms such as an Information & Addenda Acknowledgement Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractor Affidavit under O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91, References Form, Acceptance of County Agreement, and a Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters.
The forms are designed to collect critical vendor information, verify legal compliance, and ensure transparency in the bidding process. Key requirements include providing company contact details, confirming independent bid preparation, verifying use of the E-Verify federal work authorization program, listing professional references, accepting or noting exceptions to the county's standard agreement, and certifying that the bidder is not currently debarred or suspended from federal transactions. These documents are part of Cherokee County's standardized procurement process to maintain ethical and legal standards in public contracting.
