About this file

This document is a Combined Certifications for Contracting form issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Finance Procurement Department, establishing mandatory compliance requirements for vendors contracting with the city. The certification requirements are tiered based on contract value: for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel; for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, contractors must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants; and for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of the Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries. The form requires contractor signature and date attestation to confirm compliance with all applicable restrictions based on the contract value.

This certification form applies to the Little Rock Zoo's floor resurfacing project for the Administration Building, including the Conference Room. Contractors responding to this opportunity must complete and sign the Combined Certifications form as a condition of contract eligibility, with the specific certifications required dependent on the final contract value threshold. All certifications remain binding for the duration of the contract term, and contractors are obligated to notify the city in writing if their circumstances change regarding any of the certified restrictions.
