About this file
The document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) for the Performance of Expert Professional Aviation Call-In Services across nine distinct categories, including Airport Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Aeronautical Technical Services, Environmental Analysis, Financial Planning, Commercial Development, Customer Services, and Asset Management. The RFP is for a contract period of 2025-2029, with a pre-proposal meeting held on September 17, 2024, and proposals are expected to cover comprehensive aviation-related professional services across multiple strategic domains.
The RFP includes specific requirements for proposers, such as demonstrating at least three relevant projects within the last ten years, having a minimum of two individuals with five years of experience in the proposed service areas, and a preference for aviation and transportation facility expertise. Insurance requirements are extensive, including $5 million in commercial general liability, $5 million in automobile liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability insurance. The Port Authority also emphasizes diversity in its procurement, with participation goals of 20% for minority-owned businesses, 10% for women-owned businesses, and 3% for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, with a focus on creating meaningful opportunities for these categories across all project phases and work categories.
