About this file
This is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) certification document required by the City of Albuquerque Police Department for the Temporary Labor Positions contract opportunity in New Mexico. The certification form requires bidders to disclose whether they or their proposed subcontractors have previously participated in contracts or subcontracts subject to the Equal Opportunity Clause established under Executive Order 11246. Bidders must indicate whether they have filed all required compliance reports in connection with prior contracts. If a bidder's certification indicates non-compliance with filing requirements, that bidder must submit a required compliance report within seven calendar days after bid opening, and failure to submit this report will result in the bidder being ineligible for contract award.
The form includes standard certification language wherein the bidder attests that the information provided is true and complete to the best of their knowledge and belief. Signatories must provide their name, title, signature, and the date of certification. This certification is a mandatory component of bid submission and serves as an initial compliance verification mechanism to ensure that bidders meet federal equal employment opportunity requirements before contract execution.
