About this file

This Scope of Work document outlines requirements for the Utah National Guard's procurement of target range targets and parts for the InVeris Training Range System. The solicitation seeks a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor capable of providing both Sections 1 and 2 parts lists. The contract encompasses the supply and delivery of InVeris target range targets and associated replacement parts necessary for the operation and maintenance of the training system. The vendor must guarantee pricing for all orders and deliveries specified in the solicitation, ensuring cost certainty throughout the contract period.

The procurement is structured to award to a single responsive and responsible bidder meeting all specified requirements. The vendor must demonstrate capability to supply both mandatory sections of the parts list as a condition of award. Pricing must be guaranteed for the duration of the contract to protect the government from cost escalation. The solicitation does not indicate renewal options, specific quantities per item, or identified funding sources, though the contract is being conducted by the Utah National Guard under the State of Utah Division of Purchasing authority.
