Dear Sir or Madam:

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Port Authority” or “Authority”) hereby amends the subject Request for Proposals (RFP) as follows:

Attach a detailed resume for each key individual that includes their relevant experience and specific areas of expertise. The resumes should contain their education, professional credentials and clearly identify the years of experience in the field related to the tasks for which the individual will be responsible.

• In the RFP Letter, Section III. Submission Requirements, under Letter F., number 2., replace “2. Engineers (Actual Hourly Rate)” with “2. Professional Personnel (Actual Hourly Rate).”

The following are questions from RFP recipients. The questions and the corresponding Authority answers are provided for your information and use, as appropriate.

Question #2: Instead of providing multiplier(s) and hourly/billing rates, as instructed in the RFP Letter under Section III. Submission Requirements, Letters D. and F., can our firm submit to you fully loaded hourly billing rates instead?

Answer #2: Yes, you can provide fully loaded hourly billing rates instead. Include the names, titles, and corresponding fully loaded hourly billing rates for technical personnel who will be assigned to perform the services requested (including subconsultant(s), if any). The fully loaded hourly billing rate for each employee is the amount to be paid to you and is full compensation for all overhead, benefits, taxes, etc., paid by you.

Answer #3: Demonstrate your firm’s understanding of the Attachment A (Scope of Work) by addressing letters E., G. and H. under Section III. Submission Requirements of the RFP letter.
