The solicitation requires prospective contractors to submit completed vendor registration forms, W-9 tax documentation, Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act affidavits, and various certifications including nondiscrimination certificates, prompt pay act affidavits, and non-collusion statements. Vendors must provide evidence of E-Verify enrollment if they perform physical services in Georgia or document that they have no employees. All required forms must accompany the submittal packet, and failure to submit complete documentation may result in proposal rejection. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive technicalities at its discretion.
Payment terms are net 30 days minimum, with the District accepting payment via P-Card at vendor discretion. Vendors must submit invoices to the Accounts Payable Department and identify whether they are primarily goods or services providers. All vendors are required to provide three to five references of similar scope and public K-12 school district experience, excluding current PCSD contracts, along with a point of contact available during the evaluation period. Contractors must acknowledge receipt of the original RFP document without alterations, confirm compliance with all general and special terms and conditions, and certify that neither they nor their principals are debarred or suspended from doing business with Georgia state agencies or under Federal Acquisition Regulation standards. Subcontractors must provide equivalent compliance documentation including work authorization program participation and applicable affidavits within five business days of receipt.
