The school provides specialized educational services to students placed by their resident districts through the IEP team process, ensuring a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) in the least restrictive environment (LRE). As part of the Children with Disabilities Education Board (CDEB), Lakeland School serves students from the 15 partner districts within the County as well as tuition students from outside the area, with enrollment determined solely by IEP team placement.

A contract will be awarded to the successful Bidder. The term of the contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, with an option to extend for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, under the same terms and conditions, and by mutual consent of both parties.
