Selected contractors must maintain workers' compensation, commercial general liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million annual aggregate, commercial automobile liability, and installation liability insurance. Warranty requirements include a 2-year/4,000-hour standard warranty and 3-year/6,000-hour major components warranty for both the reach truck and sit-down forklift, and a 6-month/1,000-hour standard warranty with 2-year/4,000-hour major components warranty for the pallet jacks. The Court has established a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) preference program offering a 3% bid reduction incentive (not to exceed $5,000) for qualified vendors. The Court reserves the right to award multiple contracts to different vendors and requires vendors to disclose any use of Generative Artificial Intelligence in their goods or services.
