All applicable title, license, and mandatory dealer fees must be included in the bid. The Court reserves the right to award multiple contracts to more than one vendor and is not obligated to procure any minimum amount under any awarded contracts. Vendors claiming Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) status may receive a 3% bid reduction (not to exceed $5,000) for evaluation purposes if they meet all applicable DVBE requirements. Vendors must be authorized resellers of the manufacturers' products and must maintain insurance as specified in the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. This is a fully electronic procurement process, and vendors are required to complete all required forms and submit them on the Bonfire platform.
