About this file
This document is an RFB (Request for Bid) attachments file for the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs (SWIFT Event: 2000018239). The attachments specify the required responder declarations, pricing procedures, and contractor information necessary for submission. Responders must certify the accuracy and reliability of their submissions, confirm authorized signature authority, and attest to non-collusion and absence of organizational conflicts of interest. The file does not specify particular products or services, quantities, response deadlines, site visits, bidder conferences, or award dates, as these details are contained in separate solicitation documents. The contract term, renewal options, and delivery timeframes are referenced but not detailed in this attachment set.
Pricing for this solicitation is entered directly into the SWIFT system at the unit line level rather than through a separate price schedule document. Responders must provide prompt pay discount options selected from a provided list or specify alternative terms, and must indicate delivery timeframes after receipt of order. The file requires contractors to supply contact information for contract management and purchase order receipt representatives. No specific funding amounts, set-asides, incumbent contractor information, or other financial requirements are detailed in these RFB attachments. Vendor Assistance is available through the Help Desk at (651) 201-8100 for guidance on proposal entry procedures.
