About this file

This is a delivery schedule memorandum from the Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Complex Coleman for a food service contract. The document outlines four distinct delivery schedules for vendors, ranging from single shipments to 13 weekly deliveries between January and March 2026. Delivery windows are specified for each schedule, with specific requirements including palletized and wrapped deliveries, precise temperature controls for perishable and frozen foods, and strict adherence to delivery timeframes.

Key performance requirements include delivering items between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM, with specific days for different product types (produce on Mondays, bread/milk/eggs on Tuesdays). The facility reserves the right to adjust quantities with one week's notice and will track vendor performance, with potential contract implications for missed deliveries or non-compliant products. The solicitation is a small business set-aside for NAICS code 311999, with pricing to be determined through an online competitive reverse auction on Unison Marketplace, with bids accepted until November 18, 2025.
