With these items is it one location receiving the total amount of cases./ are there multiple delivery points? if yes what are they?
One location. The address is the awarded contractor of bid 27NUTRL4. Historically located in either MA or CT. Clarity: MA DESE is looking for a price for Tikka Masala and Marinara sauces make with USDA diced tomatoes to be delivered to our state-contracted warehouse/distributor (27NUTRL4), who will pay the awarded vendor (manufacturer/processor) (27NUTRL5) for the product and who will then sell it and distribute it to the RAs at the contracted price. Vendor (27NUTRL5) will not be distributing the product to the RAs. Please indicate the product code and cost of the product delivered to the warehouse on The Fee Sheet. For example: Product code: XYZ; cost delivered: $12.34/case.
