About this file

This is a Fee Schedule attachment for the City of Raleigh's Citywide Standby Emergency Debris Removal Services contract. The schedule establishes the pricing structure for debris management and removal services that may be activated following hurricanes, severe storms, floods, tornadoes, or other emergency or disaster events. Services covered include debris removal, hauling, processing, disposal, hazardous tree and hanger removal, and other related debris management activities as authorized by the City. The fee schedule provides unit rates and pricing mechanisms for various service categories and equipment deployments that contractors may utilize during emergency response operations.

The pricing structure establishes compensation methods for debris removal operations, including hourly rates for equipment and labor, tonnage-based fees for debris processing and disposal, and service-specific rates for specialized operations such as hazardous tree removal. The fee schedule allows for flexible pricing arrangements to accommodate the variable nature of emergency debris management, where the scope and duration of services cannot be predetermined. This approach enables the City to activate services quickly following disaster events while maintaining cost control through established unit rates and fee caps where applicable.
