274-2025-10-JV

9/26/2024 Pilot Rock Brand Park Furnishings

The intent and purpose of this addendum is to clarify, augment, or modify the documents, specifications, and/or drawings of which it is a part. This addendum shall, in all cases, supersede conflicting requirements of the documents, specifications, and/or drawings. This addendum shall become part of the bid.

Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing it and submitting it with their bid response. Failure to do so risks the bid being rejected.

Questions Received by September 25, 2024:

1. Do you accept alternative manufacturers? Our material is comparable as we manufacture commercial-grade furniture that is made from pure-grade recycled plastic. I did not see an option to add alternates but wanted to confirm.

Answer: Alternate items will not be acceptable for this project.
