2.

Answer: Leak has been addressed by HVAC vendor. Scope of work is ceiling only.

3. The SOW notes to repair ceiling gridwork in several offices in the lab. Can you confirm the quantity of offices? And are the window blinds to be repaired in these offices as well?

Answer: Offices pointed out during the walk through. They include one office with visible damage and four offices that have unsecure/unstable ceiling grid. Blinds are out of scope.
