Vendor Questions for Solicitation 273FCC24Q0027 – FCC Livermore Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance

Question 1:

Will the FCC be providing the gravel for maintenance and annual cultivation? Or is the gravel the contractor’s responsibility?

Answer: Ref PWS Section 5.6, "All supplies, equipment, facilities, services, and other items that the vendor requires to perform the work under this task order are the responsibility of the vendor and shall be at the vendor’s expense. In support of this effort supplies include, but are not limited to, landscaping supplies, tools, equipment, weed preventer/killer, etc . The vendor shall clearly delineate all proposed supplies to support this effort in their price/technical proposal."

Question 2:

In the Experience section it states these requirements for past projects:

1. Mowing activities covering at least 117 acres (blade height at 5 inches or less);

2. Flower bed/gravel bed maintenance;

3. Gravel and Asphalt Maintenance covering at least 10,500 SF;

4. Edging and trimming; and

5. Weeding

Question- Is this referring to a singular past project that has had mowing activities done on 117 acres or can 3 past projects meet those 117 acres requirements combined.

Answer 2: For Mowing activities, the vendor must show at least one past project where mowing activites covered at least 117 acres. Not a combination of various mowing projects adding up to 117 acres.
