About this file
This is a Cost Proposal Form for Fulton County, Georgia's Request for Proposal 26RFP032826K-CRB for Standby Professional Services in Environmental Engineering & Testing Services. The County seeks to engage one or more firms to provide technical and professional services for various County projects on an as-needed basis. The cost proposal form requires bidders to submit hourly rates and unit costs across five service categories: Environmental Engineering and Testing Services (EET), Bulk Sampling and Analysis, Geotechnical Survey Services, Indoor Air Quality Services (IAQ), and Code-Required Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services (SCMI). The proposal form establishes specific line items for professional positions, laboratory analyses, field services, and inspection tasks, with bidders required to provide pricing for each individual service or position category listed.
All rates submitted must include direct costs associated with the scope of work, including overhead and profit. The cost proposal must be submitted separately from the technical proposal in a sealed envelope. Pricing categories span from professional hourly rates for positions such as Project Engineer, Registered Project Engineer, and Certified Industrial Hygienist, to unit costs for specific analyses including polarized light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, soil boring, geotechnical testing, microbial and chemical analyses, and construction materials inspection services. The form requires a total cost summary combining all hourly rates and unit costs across the five service categories, enabling the County to evaluate pricing for potential selection of one or more firms to support diverse environmental engineering and testing needs.
