About this file
This is an Exhibit B Price Schedule for Connecticut's Department of Corrections related to a service and maintenance contract (26PSX0051) for a DigiTag 1650 Thermal Transfer Printer. The contract encompasses annual service and maintenance for one printer unit, with provisions for additional print heads as needed beyond the included quantity. The pricing schedule also includes an hourly labor rate for non-covered services. The contract term is one year from the effective date, with potential for ongoing service renewals as required by the Department of Corrections.
The pricing structure requires the contractor to submit firm unit prices for annual service and maintenance, additional print heads, and hourly labor rates on a per-hour basis. Payment terms and prompt payment discounts are to be negotiated between the contractor and the state. The contract price remains firm for the initial twelve-month period. Thereafter, the contractor may request price adjustments within thirty days of each annual effective date, with adjustments capped at the lesser of three percent annually or the percentage increase in the Producer Price Index for machinery and equipment repair and maintenance. The Department of Administrative Services retains sole discretion to approve, reject, or require corresponding decreases in pricing based on index fluctuations. Supporting documentation must be provided to verify any requested adjustments.
