About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a NOAA Environmental Consulting Services Sources Sought notice. The document addresses two key clarifications regarding submission requirements for interested contractors responding to the sources sought.
The first question confirms that NOAA will accept contracts containing multiple task orders (such as IDIQs and BPAs) and projects as evidence of past performance, provided those contracts are of similar size and scope to the IDIQ opportunity being solicited. The second question clarifies the page limit for submissions, establishing that the 10-page limit (or 5 double-sided pages) applies only to the capabilities statement, while Attachment A Questionnaire is submitted separately and is not inclusive of the 10-page restriction. This document does not address specific products, services, pricing, response dates, or award information, as it serves solely to provide clarification on submission procedures for the sources sought notice.
