The SOW includes three optional one-year maintenance periods (Option Years 1, 2, and 3) that may be exercised by the Government. These options include semi-annual preventative maintenance consisting of visual/mechanical inspections, functional testing, and battery health checks with findings provided to the Government TPOC, as well as comprehensive extended warranty covering all parts and labor for repairs with on-site technician response within 24 hours (or next business day) of notification. Performance and completion of scheduled preventative maintenance visits ensures equipment remains under full warranty and repair coverage throughout each 12-month option period. Maintenance work shall be performed during normal working hours (0800-1700, Monday-Friday), with all travel and shipping costs included in the firm-fixed price of each Option Year's contract line item.
