The pre-proposal meeting was held on June 8, 2026, with proposals due by 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Both contracts have a four-year term. Project examples include lift station upgrades, pipeline replacements, septic-to-sewer conversions, hydraulic modeling, and feasibility studies.

Proposals must include a letter of interest (10 pages maximum), GSA Form SF 330, questionnaires, sub-consultant letters of intent, OSBD schedules, certifications, and conflict of interest disclosures, submitted in nine originals with specific binding requirements and electronic format. Proposers and sub-consultants must hold prior Palm Beach County CCNA certifications in specified engineering and professional categories before the proposal due date. Both contracts establish a mandatory minimum 20 percent small business enterprise (SBE) participation goal, with up to 15 evaluation preference points available for SBE participation.
