We have 11 different types and brands of equipment. It is stated on page 1, Exhibit A – Scope of Work, 2.

Equipment: the quantity of each type of equipment.

Question #2:

The Rate Sheet, Row A asks for 225 estimated services for repair labor per 15-minute increments. Does the 225 number of services mean 225 repair labor hours or 15 labor hours only since dividing the number of services 225 by 15 minutes per service = 15 repair labor hours?

Answer #2:

The 225 represents the number of services of 15-minute increments estimated for the life of this contract; therefore, the total hours of services is 843.75 hours.

Question #3:

The Rate Sheet does not have a place to enter the Contractor’s Preventive Maintenance (PM) rate to comply with the Scope of Work, page 2 of 4, Section 4. A. Preventative maintenance is a part of line A as all-inclusive.
