About this file

This document is Addendum One for Kenosha County's Request for Bid (RFB) #2520 for a Carwash Replacement project at the Public Safety Building, dated 8/20/2025. The addendum provides clarifications and answers to contractor questions regarding specific project details. Key points include approval of PVC wall panels as an acceptable alternative to FRP panels, and confirmation of precise measurements for pillars and electrical infrastructure within the carwash area. The project involves replacing an existing carwash system, with specifications noting a new Razor XR7 system that will allow vehicles up to 7'6" and featuring a drive-in backout configuration with no blowers.

The accompanying technical drawing provides additional spatial details, showing a ceiling height of approximately 11'8", a 15'1" wide space, and specific measurements for pillars and electrical components. The drawing indicates a pillar located 141" off the end wall that protrudes 13" into the bay and is 18" wide, with a continuous wall on the driver side. The electrical infrastructure includes an existing main disconnect with 125a 208v 3-phase power, and a pillar with a card reader and push button station. No floor heating is present in the concrete, and the project involves replacing an old Ryko inverted L system with a new WW system.
