The agreement is for a five-year term, commencing on the effective date of the contract, with the primary purpose of providing ballot printing services for Volusia County, Florida. The agreement includes comprehensive provisions for invoicing, payment (within 45 days of acceptance), and detailed requirements for record-keeping, public records compliance, and various operational standards.
