About this file
This document is Addendum No. 1 for Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 25-RFP-002-TD issued by the Florida Department of Commerce for the Workforce Information Technology Solution (WITS) Project. The addendum updates the Calendar of Events, with key dates including the original solicitation issuance on June 30, 2025, a pre-recorded vendor webinar on July 11, 2025, technical questions due by July 25, 2025, and proposal submission deadline of August 21, 2025 at 2:30 PM. The anticipated contract execution is scheduled for September 30, 2025, with an evaluation of technical proposals planned for August 26, 2025, and a Notice of Intent to Award expected on September 16, 2025.
The addendum also revises the Cost Proposal Submittal requirements, specifying that respondents must use Attachment B to provide rates for requested services, with a total Implementation Cost not to exceed $15,000,000.00, excluding annual recurring costs. The proposal must be sealed and packaged separately from the technical proposal, with failure to do so resulting in rejection. The rates must include all necessary costs such as personnel, labor, supplies, equipment, services, insurance, transaction fees, and incidental expenses. Footnotes, notations, or exceptions to the cost proposal will not be considered, and incomplete submissions will be deemed non-responsive and rejected.
