Questions and Answers

1. Are you looking for an all-in-one vendor that's selling lots of products such as hot food beverages and frozen treats? Or are you looking for individual products?

At this time are we looking for a vendor to handle all concession-related items for a well-rounded menu including beverages, snacks, hot food options, etc.

2. Could we receive clarification on how the proposal process works for running the concession stand for the 2026 season? We have not used the linked bidding platforms before. Are the documents meant to be emailed or mailed somewhere after completion? Or are they submitted directly in the bidding platform?

See Section C: How to Submit a Proposal on the RFP. Electronic bids online are not accepted. All bids must be received no later than 2pm on date of deadline.
