25-P-00326-Certified-Contact-List.xlsx

This document is a Certified Contact List for the West Main Street Area Grounds Upkeep and Debris Removal project (25-P-00326) for the Community Redevelopment department, located in Florida. The project involves supplemental litter and debris removal, minor landscaping, and upkeep of rights-of-way, Salcines Park, Freedom Park, and other public areas along the West Main Street area. The selected contractor will be responsible for observing and reporting code enforcement issues, trip hazards, unsafe conditions, and public safety concerns within the specified geographic boundary.

The contact list includes 68 businesses, predominantly minority-owned (MBE) and small local business enterprises (SLBE), representing diverse ethnic backgrounds including African American (majority), Asian American, Hispanic American, and Caucasian businesses. The companies are primarily located in the Tampa Bay area and specialize in landscaping, lawn care, pressure washing, cleaning services, and property maintenance. The list appears to be part of a strategic approach to engage underutilized and minority-owned businesses for the contract, with businesses categorized by certification type and ethnicity to support diverse vendor participation in the municipal project.
