About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document from the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) regarding Bid 25-14 for corrugated boxes. The document contains a single question and answer exchange related to the procurement of corrugated, kraft boxes of various sizes intended for the distribution of Lottery products and equipment.
The Q&A addresses a vendor inquiry about implementing a monthly stocking program as an alternative to the large minimum order quantities specified in the original bid. The MSLC indicated they would consider this option, contingent upon the vendor's storage capacity, and requested that any such alternative pricing be submitted in addition to the standard bid cost response.

# Bidder Question MSLC Answer 1 Would there be value in a stocking program to deliver say once a month versus large quantities noted as minimum order quantities? Some of these minimums order quantities are approaching truckloads. Please let me know your thoughts as I can quote this both ways.
The MSLC would potentially consider this option, one dependent being how much stock the vendor would hold at any given time. If quoting this option, please provide pricing in addition to the bid cost response as requested by the MSLC.
