About this file
This is a Cost Worksheet (Exhibit B-1) for Invitation for Bid (IFB) #25-10296, appearing to be associated with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). The document details a comprehensive hazardous waste disposal and management contract, covering an extensive range of waste types including non-RCRA hazardous waste (liquid and solid), corrosive liquids, flammable and toxic materials, universal wastes, mercury-containing waste, radioactive waste, and controlled substances. The contract includes provisions for waste pickup, transportation, disposal, and related services, with specific quantities listed for various waste categories across 55-gallon, 5-gallon, and other container sizes.
The contract has a total maximum value of $900,000.00, with a deliverables-based agreement structure. The pricing worksheet includes detailed rate categories for waste disposal, supplies (such as drums, boxes, and vermiculite), and personnel/equipment services, including service vehicles, emergency cleanup, project management, and hazardous materials technicians. A 15% energy, environmental, and security surcharge is included, along with a 30% contingency for unanticipated hazardous materials. The rates are intended to remain fixed throughout the contract duration, covering all associated costs including operating expenses, labor, taxes, insurance, equipment, supplies, and overhead.
