About this file

This is an informal solicitation issued by the Nevada Department of Veterans Services for pest control services, with solicitation number 24VS-S3400. The solicitation seeks quotes from qualified vendors to provide pest control services for a 4-year contract term, with a quote submission deadline of 06/30/2025. The state intends to award one contract determined to be in the best interests of the State, with the Nevada Department of Veterans Services administering the resulting contract.

The evaluation of quotes will be based on two primary factors, each weighted equally: (1) experience performing pest control services in a skilled nursing facility (50 points), and (2) cost factor (50 points). Vendors must comply with mandatory minimum requirements, including holding a Nevada business license, agreeing not to boycott Israel, and accepting Nevada law and state indemnity conditions. Quotes must be submitted through nevadaepro.com, and the solicitation includes attachments for a standard form contract and an insurance schedule.
