About this file

The Nevada Department of Veterans Services (NDVS) has issued an informal solicitation (Solicitation Number 24VS-S3353) for pest control services. The solicitation seeks quotes from qualified vendors to provide pest control services for a 4-year contract term, with a quote submission deadline of 06/06/2025. The state intends to award a single contract based on the best interests of the state, with the contract to be administered by NDVS.

Vendor evaluation will be based on two primary factors, each weighted equally: 50% for experience performing pest control services in a skilled nursing facility, and 50% for cost. Vendors must comply with mandatory requirements, including holding a Nevada business license, agreeing not to boycott Israel, and accepting Nevada legal terms. Quotes must be submitted through nevadaepro.com, and the solicitation includes attachments for a standard form contract and an insurance schedule. Potential vendors will need to demonstrate expertise in pest control services, particularly in healthcare settings, and provide a comprehensive technical proposal addressing their qualifications and approach.
