Q&A
• Question 1 – Can clearly marked proprietary information be submitted, or is it prohibited?
o Answer 1 - The Government will allow the submission of proprietary information as long as it is clearly marked.
• Question 2 - What does the Government consider to be a “Company Officer”?
o Answer 2 – The Government considers a “Company Officer” to be anyone who is designated, in writing, to be a Company representative with signature authority.
• Question 3 - Given the contents of the RFI did not significantly change, do you expect industry to submit an updated response to this 30 May RFI, or was our last response on 14 May sufficient?
o Answer 3 – Please provide an email that states to see previous submission so that the Government knows your company is still interested and no changes were made to the original response.
• Question 4 - Can you provide industry with any insights on the Contract Vehicle(s) you plan on using for TIGS Production and TIGS Sustainment?
o Answer 4 – Not at this time. We are just conducting market research. If the Government decides to move forward with this requirement, then a Phase 2 RFI will be distributed to responsive vendors from RFI Phase 1. Phase 2 RFI will contain this information.
• Question 5 - Can you provide industry with any insights on your acquisition timeline for TIGS Production and TIGS Sustainment (e.g., Draft RFPs, Industry Days, Final RFPs)?
o Answer 5 – Not at this time. We are just conducting market research. If the Government decides to move forward with this requirement, then a Phase 2 RFI will be distributed to responsive vendors from RFI Phase 1. Phase 2 RFI will contain this information.
