About this file
This solicitation requests daily commute student transportation services for Ramstein schools in Germany. The contractor will provide transportation from designated bus stops to schools and back for pre-kindergarten through high school students, including special needs transportation. The contractor is responsible for all required personnel, vehicles, equipment, and supplies to perform transportation services in accordance with DoDEA and host nation requirements. The period of performance is one base year starting August 2024 with four one-year options. Pricing is fixed-price. The solicitation closes on April 22, 2024. 7. Volume IV: Representations and Certifications
To address Factor IV: Representations and Certifications, the Offeror shall complete Attachment X6 “Reps & Certs” (to include the Offeror’s completed Enclosures 1 through 8 and provide additional documentation/evidential matter that supports the Contracting Officer’s Responsibility Determination for the Offeror).
