This document contains a personnel list template for a daily commute student transportation services contract opportunity with the Department of Defense Education Activity Europe East. The template requires offerors to provide details on proposed personnel including drivers, safety aides, attendants, managers and alternates. For each position, offerors must indicate whether the person is readily available, meets age and language requirements, holds necessary licenses and training, and can pass background checks. Offerors must also identify current employers and whether personnel will be employed directly or through subcontractors. The template seeks personnel details for routes in Rheinland-Pfalz to support requirements in the performance work statement.
