The scope of work requires transportation and disposal of RCRA hazardous wastes, non-RCRA wastes, batteries, corrosive waste, compressed gas cylinders, flammable waste, demil-required waste, state-regulated waste, non-hazardous waste, PCBs, AFFF, and PFAS-related waste. Additional services include sampling and analysis, industrial cleaning, lab packing, rolloff and vacuum box rentals, FRAC tank rentals, and expedited removals. The contract will have a 30-month base period and a 30-month option period. Interested small businesses must demonstrate their ability to perform the services and comply with the FAR 52.219-14 limitations on subcontracting in a capabilities statement by April 12, 2024. The Defense Logistics Agency will determine if a small business set-aside is appropriate.
