1- CLIN 0008 - On-Site Weekday Radiology Clinics (Claremore only) and CLIN 0009 - On-Site Weekend/Holiday Radiology Clinics: do these CLINS call for one (or more?) Radiologist(s) on site on weekdays (CLIN 8) and on weekends/holidays (CLIN 9)?? If this is the case, how many Radiologists is the contractor supposed to provide?? The only facility with on-site Radiologist is Claremore, 0008 is daily Mon-Fri, 0009 is weekends and holidays, there will be only 1 Radiologist on-site at a time.

2- CLIN0008: quantity states "250 ea": are these 250 days of work for on-site Radiologist, 8 hours per day?? Please clarify. Mon-Fri 8 hours per day excluding weekends and holidays, please see below.

3- CLIN0009: quantity states "116 ea": are these 116 days of work for on-site Radiologist, 8 hours per day, for weekend and holidays?? Please clarify Weekend/holiday 8 hours per day on-site readings.

4- CLIN 0010- STAT/Urgent CT interpretations: it is stated "0" on SF-1449 PDF file, but it states 3000 on the XCEL spreadsheet. Please clarify if this is a typo?? The 3000 is an estimate and the 0 is a place holder.

5- also, confirming about the submission of proposal via regular mail, NOT VIA EMAIL?? Confirmed.

6 – If the images and the reports are transmitted via HL7, why would transcription services be required? Radiology Dictation system is required so that the reports are in the proper format for our EHR, we will receive 1) preliminary report and 2) final report that will cross over to the EHR and become the patient’s permanent record.

If the reports are transmitted via HL7, why would the Radiologists need to dictate into the the radiology dictation system? See above

How many copies of the response are required? 2 copies are good.
