Solicitation 24361821F0001 Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP) Administration Services

Question: Answer:

1. Was there a previous incumbent? If so, what was the award number?

The answers to both questions are given in the Solicitation document already. Please read the solicitation and attached documents before submitting questions.

2. Are you seeking new bids to obtain better pricing, or are they dissatisfied with the current contractor? If they are dissatisfied with them, could you elaborate on why so?

We want to ensure we can ensure proper service.

The reason for recompeting this requirement is clearly stated in the Solicitation document already. Please read the solicitation and attached documents before submitting questions.

Our reason for recompeting is not an issue of dissatisfaction. Even if we were dissatisfied, negative Contractor Performance details would not be something available to share with other offerors.

3. I called and left a voicemail to see if there is a site visit set-up? Is the site visit necessary for submitting a quote?

Again, please read the solicitation and attached documents before submitting questions.

The solicitation clearly states “do not phone” in the section that lists the Contract Specialist’s contact information, instead of giving a phone number. Please respect that request. As stated in the solicitation, all questions must be submitted in writing, via email.

The solicitation does not list a site visit because there isn’t one. If there was, it would have been listed along with instructions on how to register. This solicitation is for services which are not related to a facility or a site, and as such a site visit would be completely irrelevant.
