About this file

This document is Addendum #1 for the Fort Lewis College Concert Hall Ticket Service Project (Project No. 24109), issued on March 13, 2024, which provides detailed supplemental information for potential bidders. The addendum includes responses to seven key questions about the college's current ticketing operations, aimed at helping vendors prepare comprehensive proposals for a ticketing management system contract. The college is seeking a vendor for a minimum three-year contract with options for two additional one-year renewals.

The addendum reveals critical operational details about Fort Lewis College's current ticketing environment, including historical ticket sales data, pricing structures, and technical requirements. The college currently has 73,451 customer accounts and sells approximately 17,735 to 37,272 tickets annually, with an average ticket price of $40. Current ticketing fees are $1 per online ticket, $0.10 per phone/in-person ticket, and fees are built into ticket prices up to $4 per ticket. The college requires at least 3 thermal printers and 6 handheld barcode readers, currently uses BOCA Lemur Printers and iPads for ticket management, and wants to preserve account data from at least 2019, which would involve migrating approximately 21,500 accounts to a new system.
