About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Notice for the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). NFPC requires various industrial gases to support its manufacturing operations and is conducting market research to identify potential qualified vendors. The government is seeking capability statements from interested businesses by April 11, 2024 to determine the method of acquisition for this requirement. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated, with an undetermined period of performance, to provide on-site delivery, use, and pickup of industrial gases at three locations within the Philadelphia Naval Foundry. The requirement covers a range of standard and mixed grade gases crucial for NFPC's manufacturing and testing processes. Responses should address the company's qualifications, experience, and ability to meet the draft Statement of Work requirements. The anticipated procurement milestones include set-aside determination, solicitation issuance, and contract award in fiscal year 2024.
