About this file
This is an addendum to the specifications for the Garden City Elementary School Renovation Project CMR Services RFP, issued by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System in Georgia. The addendum updates specification sections related to the Construction Management at Risk (CMR) services solicitation for the renovation of Garden City Elementary School located at 4037 Kessler Ave, Savannah, GA 31408. The project is funded through ESPLOST (Education Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax) and seeks qualified firms to provide CMR services under a Cost of the Work Plus a Fee arrangement with a Guaranteed Maximum Price structure, utilizing the AIA Document A133-2019 Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor.
The addendum modifies technical specification requirements for the project and supersedes previously issued specification sections. Interested firms must review this addendum in conjunction with the original RFP documents to ensure compliance with all current requirements. The contract will be awarded to the firm selected through the formal sealed proposal process, and the selected firm will execute the AIA A133-2019 standard agreement as modified by the District. Prospective bidders should ensure they have received all addenda and amendments prior to submitting their proposals to avoid non-responsiveness due to missing updated specifications.
