Response: Augusta business license not required for proposal submission unless your company resides in Augusta, GA. Your state/local business license number will be suffice at submission.
2. Question: When does Augusta expect to issue their addendum along with answers to Vendor's questions?
Response: A letter of clarification will be issued.

Response: No.
4. Question: Section V of the RFP asks vendors to "Provide at least five (5) references for which the firm has performed services within the last ten ( 10) years that are similar to the requirements in the Scope and Classification.'' However, the evaluation criteria in section VII states that providers should "Provide as reference the name of at least three (3) agencies you currently or have previously consulted for in the past ten (10) years." Could you please confirm the number of references that are required to be provided?
Response: Minimum three reference required for reference check purpose.
5. Question: Based on the Fee Proposal Form, it appears that the hours quantity should be determined by each vendor.
