About this file
This document is Addendum #3 to Invitation for Bid (IFB) 24-71016-000 for Video Production Services, issued by the California Department of State Hospitals (DSH). The addendum responds to questions from potential bidders and provides a revised Request for Proposals. The IFB seeks a contractor to produce six short videos that help explain the DSH's Sexually Violent Predator-Conditional Release Program (SVP-CONREP). The IFB does not anticipate any on-site shooting or production days. Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the provided instructions, and the contract term is not specified.
The addendum provides clarification on bidder references, the submission process, and preference programs. It also notes that DSH does not have information on the budget for this work at this time. Bidders are invited to provide relevant examples of their previous work, though a specific request for work samples is not included in the IFB.
