The SOO outlines the required Bill of Materials, including server hardware, software licenses, and access control cards, as well as the scope of work for the installation. The contractor is required to install a new headend for the existing system, provide a server and NVR, add 100 access control cards, and install a door cylinder. The installation must be completed within 45 days of contract award and will be performed during normal duty hours. The government assumes all existing peripheral security components are in good working order. The intent is to ensure the SCIF maintains its Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) accreditation.
