About this file
This document is an Addendum for Invitation to Bid (ITB) Bid #24-050 Autrey Mill Preserve Natural Amphitheater Construction issued by the City of Johns Creek, Georgia. The addendum provides answers to questions asked by prospective bidders, clarifies the scope of work, and includes additional specifications and drawings related to the project. Key details include the construction of a natural amphitheater at the Autrey Mill Nature Preserve, with specifications for the weathered steel roof, wood decking, railings, electrical, and concrete work. The project timeline and completion date are not explicitly stated, but the addendum notes that weathered steel may have a longer lead time that should be considered. The addendum provides unit pricing information for handling unsuitable soils, but does not disclose the overall project budget. Contractors are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, while the City will handle geotechnical testing and coordination with the landscape architect. The bid is open to all qualified general contractors, and no set-asides or incumbents are mentioned.
