This document is an Addendum to a state and local contract opportunity issued by North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) for Website Design & Support services. The addendum provides clarification and modifications to the original solicitation.

The contract requires the re-design and development of the NDSCS public website (www.ndscs.edu) and the Alumni website (www.ndscsalumni.com), as well as the creation of an internal Intranet. The project overview, response dates, and contract term are not specified in this addendum. A Bidder's Conference was previously held, and the addendum includes a list of attendees.

The addendum also provides pricing terms, noting that the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. No set-asides or incumbent information is provided. Funding sources and amounts are not disclosed.
